Pros: I recieved an email stating that the company would like to have me in after finding my resume online. Presentation style interview covered many aspects of the business and products clearly. Additional certification required, but not extravagantly expensive. Cons: They referred to a "phone screening" which was only an email invite. Need your own laptop. Interview took over an hour, which could be a problem if not planned for.
