Was contacted by AIL after they found my resume on a different website. I agreed to an interview that was set up for the next day. Once I looked up the company, the process was outlined in several reviews so I cancelled my interview appointment. The bottom line is the job w not a benefits specialist, but a sales position that is 100% commission.
