Group interview. A bunch of us sat in a room. About thirty people. You were called in one by one and offered a job. Nobody was rejected. I should have cued into this at this point. The interview experience was a little surprising as it seemed everybody was getting hired.

Virtual group interview with about 11 people. They gave a breakdown of what would be required (An insurance license) and what we could expect. There is no base salary and each sale is estimated to average $500

Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
