Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en American Income Life (Fort Worth, TX) en jul 2016
Entrevista
The interview was fast and concise. It was misleading and I wish I had asked more questions instead of being distracted by the potential income. If I had checked out Glassdoor reviews before I went to the interview I would have asked a lot more questions. They're experienced sales mangers and will use techniques they've gained in their field to convince you that its a perfect fit. Then you could end up sorting through huge stacks of "leads" for months with no compensation.

Entrevista
Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
