Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en American Income Life (Cleveland, OH) en may 2014

I was referred to AIL by a current employee. I was surprised to see that I wasn't "hand selected" they actually had about 10 others there for an interview. (I was under the impression that I was selected because of my experience and motivation.) They will hire anyone who walks in the door as long as they have the money to dish out in the beginning and don't ask too many questions. I fell for it because I was promised $ --- lesson learned.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
