I came into the waiting room and I saw a bunch of other people waiting as well. At first I was nervous because of all the other people there. However once I met with one of the hiring managers, he said the reason that there were so many people out there is because the selection process is very tough. He said they might interview 15-20 people to only hire 1 or 2. They don't just take anybody off the street. They have a very rigorous selection process. I liked that about the company because that meant that the people they hired were the best of the best, and I wanted to be one of those people. After the initial interview I was given the opportunity to learn more about the company with a select few of the other candidates that they had already interviewed. THAT very day, they called me back and said they had chose me to come back for a final interview with the State Director himself. This interview took about 45 minutes and he answered all the questions I had. When it was all said and done he decided that he would offer me the position. I was surprised how quickly they moved with the interview process. Most companies take almost a month!
