well there was a group of about 20 of us. They interviewed us one by one and it was very quick. Once chosen they move you to another room were they explain the company and the position.

I introduced myself, explained my resume, told them what my weakness was (since he asked), and then told me that they were looking for positions of management and agreed and then boom on to the next phase.
