There are 3 rounds to the interview process. You speak with one of the top sales people in charge then once you pass that round you are told to go sit down and fill out a questionnaire then once that is done. You are out in a room with people who are also interview and the owner of the insurance company speaks with everyone introduced his team then it is over and you turn in the questionnaire and you wait to be called back.
The interview went well, I'm just looking for insight on what I'll be walking into starting this job. I had to add a review to be able to see others reviews, I will update as soon as I start.

The interview questions are the basic questions like past employment, hours willing to work, just stuff like that.

Entrevista
Virtual group interview with about 11 people. They gave a breakdown of what would be required (An insurance license) and what we could expect. There is no base salary and each sale is estimated to average $500

Entrevista
Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
