Entrevista
Its a three part interview. I was contacted via email if I wanted to participate. They asked me to come in and fill out a paper about past work experience then I entered the first interview. They basically review your resume and ask you things to see if you are actually interested in the job. This is done by a General Agent or a Master General Agent. Don't be intimidated by the amount of people who show up because not a lot of them make it past the first interview. They don't tell you about the job until the second interview. They sit you into the main room with a bunch of other people to show you a presentation about the company and explain briefly with what they do. They will sell you on the benefits but stress that having a great support system (someone who can pay for the times you are not making money) is key to succeeding along with optimism and perseverance. The Master General Agent or Vice President will likely be over this section of the interview. The MGA will tell you about his experience why he loves the company then give you a paper that you have to fill out. It's a questionnaire. Once you turn it in at the end of the second meeting, they will inform you that you should receive a call the next day saying that you can go to the last interview or not. The final interview is a time for you to ask questions like how are you paid, what are the hours like, etc. Then once you are satisfied and want to continue, you'll be hired and asked to get your insurance license.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
