Went to the interview thinking I was going to be interviewed for a management position, discovered a room full of people awaiting in the hallway. Interview lasted 3 minutes and I was asked a basic question of "Describe yourself". After that I was told to proceed to the next room where a presentation would take place. The presentation revealed the job would actually be a commission based sales position, requiring a $400 insurance agent license.

I was contacted for an interview for a Division Manager position but at the interview I had to watch the presentation for the Sales Agent position. I was assured that this was only to advance my knowledge of the company. However, in this presentation I was told that everyone has to undergo the same training and start in the same position.
