Called by recruiter sounded like it was a real personal interest like the boss saw my resume and was eager to meet with me but when I arrived for the interview it turned out to be a group interview with 6 other potential hires and was the complete opposite of what I expected based on the conversation I had with the recruiter...not sure who is to blame (I.e. Recruiter reading script from company or not) but regardless it was frustrating because I ended up using 4 hours of PTO from my current employer for an interview I was "fooled" into and a "position/job opportunity" I had zero interest in (basically sell life insurance to people within their network of contacts) and the "interview" process felt endless they wanted to call you back later that day after 2hours of your time and then call you in for a final interview. After the initial interview I told them it wasn't for me.
