Began with a phone screen that didn't address the position at all with HR. Wanted to contact references immediately after that (pushed back and said that I didn't even know if I was actually interested, they relented). Had an hour long phone interview with the individual who was doing the hiring, which was job oriented. Went in for a in-person about a week later. Process was disorganized - I only met with one person, when I was supposed to meet with two, poor communication leading up. Didn't meet anyone else or see much of the building to help inform my decision, but subject matter-wise it went well. Was told I did great and they'd be in touch shortly. One week passes and I get an auto-generated email from HR saying I didn't get the position and literally nothing else. No feedback at all. Feel like I may have dodged a bullet.
