There are 3 rounds phone interviews and are all technical. First round is about how to build a model. Second is how to make presentation. Last one just some technical questions, like how to build model on 0/1 predictors. Not hard.

I applied through a recruiter from LinkedIn . Got phone interview immediately by a statistician. The questions they asked were very techinical. They don't ask any behavior questions at all. Got rejected about three weeks.

I have experienced 2 round of interview. One with statistician, second with another statistician. Got rejection letter the day after I interviewed. I applied for statistician but got a rejection for senior statistician. So wired.
