The position had been open for almost 9 months before they even conducted interviews. To make matters worse, they had several fundraising events going on while they were trying to conduct interviews. When you were told a certain person would contact you on a certain day and time, they never did. When you left messages, they would never return your calls. Finally, someone from HR setup the in person interview, yet I had 6 phone interviews with several different people. When I did do the interview, there was a room full of people, the interview itself lasted 2 hours and then I had to meet with all the employees and was interviewed by all of them, which lasted about an hour. I was told I had to be able to click with all the employees or it won't work out. Apparently, I didn't click well with the employees.
