There is a digital interview first. During this interview you are asked to record your answer to certain questions you are given and then submit them online.
Those selected move on to the group interview process. They are looking for Community Assistants who are team players. Make sure to show that you are listening to everyone's ideas, but try to be the person who presents the teams decisions. It is crucial.
Those selected move on to the individual interview process.

First round is a group interview with team building activities, then invite-only individual behavioral interview asking questions about the position. 20 minutes individual interview with 10 minutes for your questions.

Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
