Went into a conference room and spoke one on one with three people in succession. These were the estimating manager, VP of Sales, and General Manager of the company. It was nice to see the progression of experience as each person was higher up in the company than the last. I also thought it was great to start out with the estimating manager who was the person I would work with closest on a daily basis.
