I'll give the short version since it deleted my entry last time. I had the best experience interviewing for American Airlines. We did group icebreakers and got to know our fellow applicants. We had a short group interview and then a few names were called to stay after for a one on one and finger printing. I was thankful to be one of those names. I am still waiting for an offer. Did anyone else interview in Dallas at the end of Feb 2016 and still waiting for an offer? Hope we get it soon! The best advice I can give you if you are also interviewing face 2 face- don't overthink the questions. Don't think too much about answering things the right way or saying what they want to hear but instead be positive and confident and truthful and maintain an easy calm demeanor and you will be great! Smile and laughter are good! Get to know your fellow applicants and show you can work as a team and work well with others. That's what the recruiters want to see! Have fun and good luck! :)
