Notified by phone of day and time of interview. Panel Interview using the STAR method of questions. The panel of five asked numbers questions in a sequence and took notes during my response. Very friendly and polite. Interview lasted about 45 minutes. I was notified directly from hiring manager in person two months after initial panel interview with an offer for the position.
