I applied about 4 times. The first two times I only received one interview via Teams after about a week of waiting. It lasted an hour. I didn't get an offer. I had to work a coding problem and then pair and direct an interviewer through TDD approach. The 4th time I applied, I got another interview after a week of waiting again. Worked a coding problem and answered some behavioral questions. Got an offer and accepted.
