It was a standard interview process with the interviewer going through a list of questions and taking notes after every answer. I got the feeling that they were quite experienced with the process as they had a standard set of instructions to the candidate. They were interviewing a lot of candidates and they said that the process would take 2 months. The structure of the interview was clearly laid out with details about next steps provided.
Not so easy, focus on how you solve problems. How would you assess the market trends. How would you decide whether open a new service. How would you compare the overall performances of Service 1 and service 2

Entrevista
You send in your resume and cover letter and if selected, you get a call for a phone screening. After that there is a skills assessment that consists of a case that needs to be completed in 60 minutes. You get the case, build an access model and write a memo of your findings. If you pass that round you are invited to headquarters to meet with different departments, which could be with 4-5 people from each department in a half day setting. If you meet with two departments, it is a full day interview with 8-10 people in 30 minute chunks. For lunch you go out with staff members of the teams you interview with.

Entrevista
Selected through an online campus job posting and then interviewed on campus followed by an interview at the headquarters in DFW. On campus I interviewed with one person and at the company It was a full day with 3 interviews and a lunch with other employees (including a few senior leaders)
