I applied June 5, 2014. I took my online interview June 9. I was sent my personality test right away, and completed it right away. Today, July 15, I had the face to face interview. We started out with a written question. If you were to become an AA FA and working First Class and the CEO of AA was sitting in First Class, rank the order from 1-5, on what you would do. Next we were taken to the large group room, where 6 people sat at each table. We were then given the "Circle" question. And then had to stand up and complete the circle part of the interview. Next 6 were called, in no particular order, to go with a Recruiter, for a group interview. That went well for all of the ladies in my group. We were then taken back to the large group room and watched a video about AA. We got a question and answer time. Then a Recruiter came and called us out individually, and escorted you to the shuttle, or the parking lot, if you had driven. The Recruiter stated we would hear back within 2 weeks. The overall experience was great!!! Does anybody know if they did not ask for your fingerprints, that day, does that mean it's a definate NO job offer??
