It turned out to be a group interview consisting of 5 applicants, the hiring manager, and her assistant. They asked several relatively standard questions, to every applicant, and we each took a turn to answer each question. The manager jotted down notes. Much of what we said was recorded by the hiring manager in her notes. They later asked us if we had any questions for them.
