There were about 30 other candidates. We were brought into a conference room where we did a short orientation and then put into small groups and brought to a smaller interview room. There were 4 other candidates in my group and 3 interviewers. Two of the interviewers took turns asking us questions while the 3rd interviewer quietly observed. They were super nice and did their best to make everyone feel comfortable. They would ask a question and each candidate would give an answer. One of the interviewers is an HR representative and she was observing each candidate’s posture, body language and is trained to recognize is someone is being dishonest. Dress to impress and be authentic! And don’t be late, even by one minute, otherwise you will not be permitted in for the interview process.

I had an interview with management and I went well. I had several questions asked that I answered very well and they were impressed. There were times that I struggled with an answer, but quickly made a decision on the best response and aced interview.

Showing up to the interview, I was expecting it to be loaded with other candidates, but when I got there, it was a 1 on 1 interview. Kim was really kind which made things so much easier being that most airline interviews can be very intimidating.
