Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en American Airlines (Dallas, TX) en nov 2013
Entrevista
I applied online for AA and the online application took a few hours due to the system not saving my info properly. A few days later, I got an email stating to do a video recording interview with a few questions that were automated. My sound was off so I opted for voice recording instead. They asked approximately 5 questions. Then a week or so later, I got an email stating they wanted to schedule me for a face to face interview in Dallas, Texas. The interview was around 3 hours long and approximately 24 people. The atmosphere was more relaxed than Delta and more low key. You did an interactive group project then everyone was broken into smaller groups for a group interview. I read that some people go individual interviews, which I did not. Everyone was walked out by an AA recruiter that asked questions. Within 3-4 days, I got a rejection email from AA.
