Submitted resume and application through university hiring portal. Got an automated response back about a week later and scheduled an on-campus interview. Interview went well, consisted mainly of general questions about myself and technical experience. Interviewer was professional and cordial. Never heard back after that and it's been weeks. Really disappointed in lack of communication and coordination with manager/hiring group; left a negative impression of the company.
