When I filled my online application, I was asked to complete a personality test. (Very long, so many questions!) Then, I recieved an invitation to the language test and asked to make an appointment. Before the language test, I recieved two pages of airline information. The language test was about 20 min (on the phone). The tester asked me some general questions, then translation of the material I recieved. I was also tested on two customer service situations; that the tester acted as "difficult customer" and I have to solve the issues. Then, I was invited to the face to face group interview. (2 interviewer and 8 candidates in a room)
