After being interviewed by the recruiter and hiring manager (the CMO) by phone, I was flown to Irvine and interviewed in person by the CEO, CMO (again), CFO, SVP of Sales, and SVP of Human Resources. The verbal offer came the next day, followed soon by the written offer.
