I applied online and was contacted by phone. Had a phone interview with HR and was asked to come in for an in person interview with 2 of the underwriters. Came in took math test in test center (about 30 mins). Had interview with Underwriters. Did not hear anything for 2 weeks so I emailed the HR contact to see if the job had been filled. I was told it had not and that she meant to send me an email. Got an email to get a background check done. Filled out info same day waited a week to learn that company could not get in contact with one of my previous employers. Gave new contact info waited some more. Finally got a voicemail that we could move on to the next step. Called back and got voicemail. Asked to be contacted by email rather than play phone tag. Got offer in writing to look over as well as a request to complete a drug test . Company offered me more money than I was making but once benefits were factored in I would have been taking a significant pay cut to accept offer.
