The interview was quite fun, and made it seem like I got really lucky. The truth is they look for people they feel are desperate for work. Very similar to what they look for in a client.

Misleading. Three interviews. Three weeks, Five hours. 1) Great, 2) Great. 3) Really? I made up my mind before the third interview even started that I wouldn't accept the position. I completed it to assure I wouldn't later question my decision based off of 1 out of 3 interviews.
