One day seminar, split into a 4-5 hour presentation explaining the companies background and software platforms they offered, and a 1-2 hour coding exam/test. Then a face to face interview with the CTO and department manager/head. They seemed very friendly, but it was a massive let down that they never gave any feedback after. Considering the amount of time and effort that was put into the whole process, which was around 8-10 hours of being in their office.
