We are not by any means trying to convince you to join our firm. We interviewed you based upon your experience and qualifications. Also, we are not a scam, all of our employees are W-4 and all of our partners are Fortune 500 companies who would not do business with us if that was true. A pyramid scheme also has their employees "buy-in" to whatever it is their company is promoting, we however never ask you to purchase anything and actually provide full, paid training for the position you are hired for! As for the pay structure, you may have misunderstood the breakdown, we offer a guaranteed base and then an opportunity to make as much as you would like past that point, never leaving you without but always providing room for growth.
