They were hiring for java lead (5-7 years ) .
Got a call from Recruiter and interview was aligned with the interviewer.
So basically this interviewer was looking for JAVA architect. Even though all his questions were answered he wasn’t satisfied.
It’s not always fault of an candidate but could be of interviewer as well , due to this a candidate loses his/her fair chance.
Note to Recruiters: please don’t put candidates in an interview when the interviewer is not interested to hire.
