interviewing candidates for a position within your company is one of the final steps in the hiring process. Before you get to this step, you want to make sure that you've completed all of the preceding steps since each of these steps will have a direct impact on how effective the interview process will be.
The interview started with an introduction, followed by questions about my previous internship project, DAX-related topics, and other projects. Overall, the discussion went smoothly and lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer was friendly, though I made a mistake while answering one question.
The interview process consisted of an initial application review, followed by a technical and behavioral interview where I discussed my skills, past experiences, and problem-solving approach, along with questions about teamwork, communication, and interest in the role.

There was resume shortlisting as a first round, followed by telephonic interviews. The phone calls for interview were held a week after
