first you need to attend a written test which contains six different sections like,
apptitude
Testing(domain specific)
learning
sql
unix
problem solving
written exam has a section level cut off with negative marking for wrong answers..
whole test would go for 2 hours approx
Once this is cleared you will be called for an personal interview with a panel where you will be asked questions on your domain, sql and unix
last round would be HR - No filteration here, this round is only to decide on your package

They are conducting the Fake drives. Recently they had recruitment drive in Gurgaon for Pune location for C++ profile. First selection process was Aspiring Minds Amcat test. Second test was 1:1 face to face round. In second round they had 31 persons shortlisted but none them was selected for the job profile. I had answered every question asked in the interview despite that i did not received the call nor did anyone of the other person. At least they should mail all interviewees there status of the interview. The HR system of your company is entirely useless.
