2-step interview process (screening call & 2nd stage interview with HR). Competency-based questions. Deep dive into specific areas of experience and challenges faced thus far in a work environment. Screening call was about 30 minutes long, and then th 2nd stage took 1 hour. There's been a couple of weeks with no message though, and the offer was issued in a month.
