The interviews with the 5 person management team and HR squad felt Hostile. no point to the questions as none applied to the actual job, rather to what they considered their core values. I can read the employee manual to get that stuff. The most difficult part was attempting to answer questions regarding integrity and on boarding. The posters hung in their interview room made me think they spend a lot of time and effort making corporate art.
