The process starts with a short screen interview where all the requirements are confirmed. Then, a fit and behavioural interview is conducted by a Korn-Ferry representative. The next step is an online adaptative test (three parts: logic, math and reading comprehension). Once this step is completed, you can get invited to the final round which is an assessment center, it could be in Zurich, Singapore or the US, depending on the region the person applies to. The assessment center has 3 parts, the first one is a group activity, the second one is a presentation about a business case that is previously shared and the final one, is an interview with 3 people from Amcor. Then, the week after, selected people receive a call confirming the they get accepted.
