The interview was very interactive and challenging. But it was a good learning experience. The panel made me reflect on my experiences and how I think critically in real situations.
Quick and easy, a chance to see and work with autistic learners before entering the role. A brief verbal interview with one of the managers, then an hour spent in the classroom with a learner assessed by another employee.

Very intensive and thorough. The questions asked makes you thing deeply in order to prepare you for the role.
