Have gone through an initial discussion with an external recruitment agency. Had one interview with the head of information technology and was very impressed. Was invited to a 2nd stage face to face interview at the Newbury offices and was welcomed really warmly by the hiring manager CFO and the head of technology. I must say I really enjoyed the interview.
