The interview process was well-organized and professional. It began with an introduction and discussion of my educational background, work experience, and career goals. The interviewers asked both technical and behavioral questions to assess my knowledge and suitability for the role. They were friendly, approachable, and created a comfortable environment throughout the session.

I may say that it was the most laid-back interview I've ever attended. It wasn't anything like interview (read: interrogation), in fact more like a discussion. I applied the position in January but only to be called for a face-to-face meeting in April.
The recruiter sent me a link to complete online assessments of verbal, maths and personality tests. I even had to answer a short essay during the interview session (how do you foresee your career development in 5 years with AmBank). I am glad that there was only ONE interview session, together with the recruiter and the hiring manager. In my personal view, majority of the employer should implement the similar modus operandi - less hassle to invite candidates to a series of interview session.
Overall, the experience was delightful for a graduate fresh off the campus like me. I enjoyed the discussion and the feedback. And yes, pls prepare a list of questions to ask them, literally on a paper. Thank you for the opportunity!!
