I applied for this role as I was looking for a new job, I had a first stage interview online but with no camera, it was an easy interview. I was then asked to do an online test which required problem solving, I don't know why anyone applying for this position needed to do this test, but apparently I did well on it. My final interview was with the 2 couple who were running the business. The interview went on for 2 hours and they asked me loads of question, for example, they asked me how I would sell them something. It was quite an odd interview and it didn't seem to follow any structure. Initially I thought they were nice, albeit the guy to be quite eccentric. I knew the role wasn't for me but I decided to accept as I was desperate for a job at the time. I did however highly regret taking this job and I left after 2 months, look at the real 1 start comments in the reviews for more information.
