I had the opportunity to work in the AWS Tech Support team, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. In this role, I was responsible for assisting customers with a range of technical issues related to AWS services, troubleshooting complex environments, and ensuring that clients’ cloud infrastructure ran smoothly.
