I did 5 virtual interviews, one was a system design and final one with hiring manager and other team member joined for training purposes. The hiring manager had a problem with the software they use to view questions and taking notes and she mentioned that she remembers everything. She used to ask multiple questions at once, I didn't take that in a negative way and I thought as a senior leader, I should be able to handle that. The feedback from the recruiter was I can take L5 role not L6 but with different teams. I asked the recruiter how to know from the website if the role is L5 or L6, I shared with him some jobs I am interested in but I didn't hear back from him since then. I am not mad about not getting L6, I understand that recruiters are busy :) and I feel satisfied that I prepared very well for the interviews and I got a semi-positive feedback.
