Multiple interview rounds including, with Recruiter, then Hiring Manager, then Peer Interviewer and then additional two days of final Loop Interview with five people. The Interviews focused on the amazon leadership principles requiring that the responder supply stories demonstrating the leadership stories using the STAR format.

Describe your most difficult customer and how you handled them.
My interview was typical of most of my team and my peers, it was a four part interview: 1) recruiter phone screen; 2) hiring manager phone screen; 3) all-day interview, with hour sessions with 4-6 individuals (future team members, adjacent team members, completely independent senior interviewer for an objective view; and 4) writing sample.
