Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Amazon Web Services (Ciudad de Quebec, QC) en dic 2024
Entrevista
30 minutes: recruiter
1 hour: 1 technical interview
5 hours: loop interview, including 2 technical interviews and 3 non-technical interviews
During the process, they canceled the position after I successfully passed the first technical interview. They mentioned that if they decided to reopen the position, they would contact me. A month later, another recruiter reached out to me completely by chance (unaware that I had already passed the first technical interview) and asked if I was interested in the position.
In summary, Amazon recruiters don’t seem to know what they are doing and will waste your time.
A 7-hour interview process is not “bias for action” at all.
Biggest waste of time of my life, I'll never again try any role at this company.
