There was no interview required, extremely easy to be hired. As long as you are Ohio’s ally for enough to do warehouse work and you pass the mouth swab drug test, you’ll walk out with a job.
overall it was an easy process between online and virtual interviews with multiple key stakeholders. very easy process in my opinion. standard interview questions one would expect about your background, ed and experience. Overall went smoothly.

Open interview environment. No real interview skills required. Just questions to see if you’re interested in the job. Great benefits long hours and micro managing depending on the location and individual
It was very simple and fast. Amazon does seem difficult to work at due to their employee compensation. I would probably not try to do this again and try to find other opportunities.
