Initially referred by a Data Centre Manager of another site.
Phone screen interview with internal recruiter. (1hr, Low Level Questions, v Friendly)
Few days later i had another Phone screen with the Hiring Manager (1hr, Video Call, Medium Situational & Technical Questions, again v. Friendly and welcoming)
Recruiter called to inform I'd passed this stage and will be sent an invite to a "Loop" interview.
Loop Interview (4x 1hr Video Calls, 2 Data Centre Managers & 2 Senior Techs. 3x of these were all Situational Questions RE the Amazon Leadership Principles & 1x was a much harder & longer Technical Competency Interview. Again, all very welcoming & friendly.) Long day! :)
Offer sent to me within 3 days and gladly accepted.
Very professional overall.
Prepare well, know your stuff & you will be fine. With Amazon, your principles aligning with theirs is as important as your technical knowledge & you must be able to demonstrate that.
Lots and lots of "Tell me about a time when ..." questions around the Amazon Leadership Principles. - You must make sure to use unique experiences for each interviewer if questions are similar.

Most of the question was around boot process, networking and cabling.
Understand the boot process in depth and troubleshooting boot issues.
Learn netwroking fundamentals and cablings.
A lot of behaviourial questions and scenario based questions as well.

The interviews were lengthy, a lot of behavior quesitons and technical quesitons, As a nan-native speaker, the situation even harder than normal, at the end there was no feedback from the interviewers.
