First, I was asked to answer a couple of introductory questions in a written form and shared it with the Recruiting Manager. Second, I had a phone interview with one person. Third step was the written case study that evaluates role-specific competency. Lastly, the final loop that includes 4 back to back interview within the same day (2 back to back, a few hours break, then the last 2 back to back interviews).
