The interview process is extensive. First is a phone screening, usually with the hiring manager. Then if that goes well, there’s another loop of interviews. This is scheduled for a different day. For me, it was almost a full day. I had six interviews, each with a different person, one after the other. STAR interview format is used. Also, there’s an editing test.
