Interview via Zoom. They asked a lot about my prior jobs and how they would relate to selling AWS. It’s a hard industry to break into, without prior experience. They are looking for people that will be good Amazonians.

Each stage was focused on assessing different skill sets—strategic thinking, communication, and technical expertise—through a mix of behavioral questions and role-specific scenarios. The team was communicative and respectful of time, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the company’s mission and culture at each step.
